Job description Job Description: Hr Executive Location: Saharanpur City, Uttar Pradesh Company Overview: Join a dynamic team at Furniture Cafe, a leading provider of high-quality furniture and home decor products in Saharanpur. We specialize in manufacturing and retailing wall shelves, wooden handicrafts, and MDF sheets, catering to both residential and commercial markets. Job Summary: The HR Executive at Furniture Cafe will be responsible for managing various human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the wooden handicraft industry /Zoho CRM . Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into the company. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner. Foster a positive workplace environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives. Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching. Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations. Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize relevant training programs. Support career development initiatives and succession planning. Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review. Compensation and Benefits: Assist in the administration of payroll and benefits programs. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll. Address employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits. Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure employees are informed about company policies and updates. Promote adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role. In-depth knowledge of HR functions and best practices. Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in HR software/Zoho CRM and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills: Experience in the handicraft or manufacturing industry.
