Job description
Position Summary
Contributing to the planning, design and implementation of compensation and benefit programmes. Managing and collaborating with internal and external partners on the devising of new and existing compensation & performance management schemes, therefore implementing changes where necessary is a main responsibility for the HR Manager.
Experience - 10+ years in HR
Qualification - Holds Degree in MBA or related field
Roles & Responsibilities
Must Have
Plan, design, implement and administer a comprehensive compensation model, Strategies, and benefits.
Strategically assesses the effectiveness of current programs in achieving organizational objectives; identifies best practices and benchmarks; and develops recommendations for modifications to align to HR strategy and business goals.
Effectively plan and direct the implementation and administration of all benefit plans
Partner with HR and leadership on appropriate compensation packages to recruit and retain talent.
Implement continuous feedback and Performance Management system.
Keeps abreast of regulatory changes affecting benefit plans and ensures company benefit plans and practices are in compliance with external regulatory requirements.
Develop and coordinate communications strategies and activities designed to educate and inform employees about compensation & performance management.
Implement an effective rewards and recognition program to recognize associates contribution to business on an ongoing basis.
Implement metrics that assess and monitor the performance metrics of the associates and create performance metrics for review on periodical basis.
Evaluate the compensation landscape to understand and learn from best practices through benchmarking and industry research and employment trends, track legislation and make recommendations.
Supports the development and integration of new and/or existing rewards programs, policies and procedures to ensure that programs are market competitive, internally equitable, and cost effective.
Help and create automation for measuring Performance metrics on a periodical basis
Develop internal operating procedures and controls for the administering and managing benefits.
Determine and implement metrics that assess and monitor the effectiveness of ongoing Total Rewards programs and new initiatives.
Should Have
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through processes, identify and implement process improvements and resolve complex matters.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational/prioritization skills with an ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintain a close attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Possess proven operational, interpersonal, project management, vendor management and leadership skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
