Exp - 1 to 4yrs.
Job Location - Noida (Work from Office).
Shift Timings - UK Shifts (2PM to 11PM)
HR Executive :-
Job description:-
Hands on experience in Non - IT Hiring's, IT & Internal Hirings.
Sourcing resumes from portals, taking initial interviews, handling Joining, salary negotiations
etc.
Personally conduct interviews, document the same and report as the need arises.
Maintaining day to day tracker & performance tracker as well.
Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
Managing the hiring process.
Experience on US Staffing Non - IT Hiring's.
Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
Skills and Experience Required:-
Any degree with 1- 4 years relevant experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong Interpersonal skills & presentation skills.
MBA graduate will be an added advantage.
