Job description
KEY RESPONSIBITILES:
Recruitment - to participate actively in business meetings and understand business requirements to recruit the best available talent across the region by engaging with the line hiring managers and recruitment sources in order to meet manpower needs.
Assisting in salary revisions after increments.
To correspond with employees for payroll/policy related queries.
To handle employee grievances.
To manage HR Dashboard/ Reporting.
To manage the employee recognition schemes independently for the region.
To manage training related logistics
To lend a helping hand in all other HR initiatives as and when necessary.
Designing and then implementing induction programs for all new recruits and then following up to ensure adherence to timelines.
Obtain induction feedback from all new recruits.
Assist in following up for appraisals (quarterly and annual).
Collation of all appraisal information.
All letters relating to reimbursements like mobile, residential telephone etc for new recruits and for promoted team members.
INTERNAL STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:
Internal - Functional Heads, Station Heads, First Impressions Manager
External - Insurance agents, recruitment consultants, training consultants
TECHNICAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Education MBA HR with 4-8 yr experience
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
High on integrity
Should be able to maintain confidentiality
Should be highly committed to the people development function
Should be ready for taking ownership of the HR projects end to end
