Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy ensuring employees follow all policies and procedures
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of employees
Employee life cycle management
Focused on developing people capability through training and development
Implement and manage compensation, reward recognition programmes effectively for the functions
Interaction with employees and stakeholders for HR related queries
Qualification:
Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines from a leading institution.
Experience skill set:
Minimum 10 years of experience driving results in the human resources field
Exceptional communication presentation skills
Ability to build effectively and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
Knowledge of HR systems databases
