1.Manage Payroll Checklist and Facilitating Salary preparation every month with all necessary
deduction, reimbursement, and distribution, Bank Account opening procedures for salary
disbursement of employees.
2.Maintains complete Payroll Master Data for both on the role and off role staff
3.Reconciliation of Punch IN and Punch-Out attendance.
Compensation & Payroll.
4.Employee Relations & Performance Management.
Schedule & Arrange Learning & Development training programs for new Employees &
maintain records.
5.Maintaining a record of Attendance & Leaves, Employee Database Management System.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies). Maintaining all the files and
database of the employees on the closed shelf.
6.Drafting Letters Appointment. Offer Letter, Relieving, Experience Letter Etc.
7.Handing the deadline based complete recruitment life cycle for recruitment at all
levels starting from sourcing to final closure of positions
8.Maintaining the recruitment tracker, MIS of Short-listed Candidates, Interviewed, Selected,
Joined, Rejected, and hold for future reference.
9.Managing a smooth employee onboarding experience.
10.Sending Introduction mail to all employees about new joining, conducting the induction
training for the new employees through a structured program, closing with leadership
and functional teams.
11.Introduction about the Company, company policies & procedures e.g. Code of Conduct, HR manual, Medical/Health insurance and submitting the induction manual to the employees.
12.Maintaining/ updating individual records in personal files (including KYC Documents) for all the employees.
13.Joining Formalities, Exit Interviews, & onboarding.
Desired Candidate Profile
We need that candidate who has good experience in HR along with recruitment with good communication skills.
The candidate should be MBA-HR Graduate only. Company is into manufacturing sector of Home appliances.
