Duties and Responsibilities:
1-Handling the company's recruitment process by developing and executing recruiting plans
2-Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
3-Screen resumes and application forms
4-Evaluate candidates skills, understanding of different technologies, and key responsibility areas.
5-Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Requirement :
1- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2-Experience with MS Office
3- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
4-Good sourcing techniques
5-Good Team Player.
6-BBA/MBA in HR or similar field
