As a part of the team, you will manage end to end HR intervention for employees (local and at onsite) including the entire employee life cycle, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, talent management, learning and development etc. You should be a keen communicator with the ability to relate to people across all hierarchical levels in the organization; possess ability to motivate people to achieve organizational objective.
Roles and Responsibilities
Search and hire Candidates for the team from various portals like Naukri Linkedin Monster Hirect and other sources.
Initial screening and review applications and conduct the initial round of interview to check fitment and provide necessary information about the role.
Coordinating with the panel & the candidates for scheduling the interview.
Responsible for preparing Offer & Appointment letters.
Responsible for site coordination.
Onboarding & induction.
Annual appraisal cycle.
Maintain master database of candidates short listed, rejected, offers made & joined.
Ensuring that maximum numbers of candidates are placed within TAT. Follow ups the short-listed candidates, selected & their joining.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA with 1-3 years in Recruitment (Real Estate), handling the entire lifecyle of an employee.
Efficient in using sourcing Portals like Naukri, linkedin, Monster and referral candidates
Ability to build effective networks internally and externally
Strong communication and presentation skills including strong written and spoken English language skills
In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills)
Experience with marketing analysis and technical knowledge of web analytics. • Proven ability to build effective marketing programs that generate results
