ProProfs is looking to bring on board an energetic and proactive person to support the HR Team with the entire gamut of HR activities with a major focus on recruitment.
Primary responsibilities:
Handling the end to end talent acquisition process
Conducting employee onboarding, maintaining and updating all the employee records in HRIS
Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
Undertake tasks in performance management
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
Maintain employee files and records in electronic form
Handles employee relations counseling and exit interviewing
Assist in implementing the employee engagement activities
Competencies required:
Adept at sourcing from various job portals like Naukri, TimesJobs, etc
Prior experience in using social media for hiring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
High initiative, integrity, strong work ethic and analytical skills.
