Performing recruitment & generalist activities
Calling and screening candidates on phone, short-list & call suitable candidates for discussion
Headhunting on social media like LinkedIn, Facebook
Employee management, appraisals & manpower planning
Handling on boarding, documentation, employee background verification, Joining formalities, Exit formalities, Induction, Mailing.
Required Candidate profile
The candidate should be MBA in HR
Atleast 2+ year experience in IT Recruitment
Experience in hiring with the help of LinkedIn, Facebook & other social networks.
Good communication and people skills.
