Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
Meet Recruitment metrics through effective sourcing, screening and interview techniques both through offline and online process.
Induct and onboard all new employees and ensure seamless assimilation in their work environment.
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
Implement performance review procedures, namely half yearly/annual evaluations.
Handle exit process and the full and final settlement of the employees.
Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand their motivation levels in the organisation.
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
Key Competencies/Skills
Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in English.
Competency recruitment and selection of employees.
Need to have Excellent analytical ability.
Proficient in MS-Excel.

Educational Qualification - MBA(Specialisation in HR). Candidates undergoing 2020-2022 MBA Programme are eligible.
Experience - Fresh candidates or those having experience of not more than one year.
Management Trainee Duration 3 Months with a monthly stipend of INR 15,000/-.
Job Offer - On the successful completion of the 3 months of management trainee period, the individual will be given regular employment with a CTC of INR 3.84 lacs per annum.
