Roles and Responsibilities
Handling the entire recruitment process
Screening candidates and conducting interviews.
Hiring candidates and responsible for on-boarding formalities.
Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
Coordinating with candidates through phone and mail till the on-boarding with the company.
Ideating, coordinating & executing employee engagement initiatives
Manage employees grievances.
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Coordinating for the events (birthdays, festive celebrations, fun activities etc)
