Notice Period: Immediate to max. 15 Days
Location: Noida (Hybrid Model)
5 Days Working (Day Shift)
Essential Skills:
• Effective communication, Strong Time Management
• Clear thinking, flexibility, adaptability to work schedules, self-confidence, open to change, eye for detail.
• Takes ownership of assigned tasks and brings them to closure with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail.
Job Responsibility:
1. Responsible for managing the Onboarding for new joiners.
2. Updating internal databases with new employee information & maintaining HRMS.
3. Performing daily administrative tasks & HR administration - Track progress, deadlines & SLAs
4. Follow up with new joiners on documentation
5. Preparing letters and maintaining trackers.
6. First level point of contact for employee basic queries.
7. Conducting & Coordinating Employee Engagement Activities.
8. Background verification
Desired Profile:
1. Incumbent must be a graduate/MBA from a recognized university with 2-5 years of experience in the similar function (HR/IR/PM)
2. Good Communication Skills
3. Logical Thinking
4. Should have worked on HRMS tool/application
