Currently we have an ongoing requirement for "HR Executive" in our Noida office.

Interview Mode - Video Call
Shift timing - 11AM to 8PM (5 days working (Sat & Sun fixed off) )
Roles and Responsibilities -
Candidate has to handle end to end Recruitment (Sourcing, Screening, Selection, Documentation, Hiring, Onboarding). •
Work Closely with hiring managers to Understand Overall Needs and requirements (like Job Description, Salary Expectations etc.)
Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals.
Conduct initial phone interview screens to assess candidate's skill level, interest and cultural fit.
Respond to applicants in timely and effective manner.
Ensuring successful completion of onboarding process, all joining formalities and documentation requirements within stipulated timeline.
Maintaining employee's database.
Initiation of background verification of new joiners
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate from only recruitment background will be considered.
Candidate must be Post Graduate ( MBA or PGDM).
Candidate must have hands on experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting like (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
Must have good salary negotiation & closing skills.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be proficient in MS Excel , MS Word & MS Power Point.
Should have working Experience in the use of e-mails, calendars, Google worksheets, maintaining trackers
