Designation: HR Executive-Finance SPOC
Location- Hyderabad
Roles and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities (to include but are not limited with)-
Consult with Department head and provide daily HR guidance
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Conducting skip meetings with the employees.
Drive engagement initiatives like R&Rs
Support in data collation and preparation of reports
Monitor grievances and implement disciplinary policies and procedures
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of proven work experience as an HR business partner
Excellent people management skills
Analytical and goal oriented
Full understanding of all HR best practices
Degree in Human Resources Management.
