Department – Human Resource Designation – Sr. Executive - HR Role – Recruitment & Operations Reporting to – Sr. Manager Years of Experience: 2years and above Qualification: Any Graduate, Management degree preferred Skills Required: Proven work experience as a Recruiter Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to entice candidates to apply. Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc) ability to conduct different types of interviews Confident, Multitasking,Good listening skill, Patience,Time management Self Driven Roles and Responsibilities: Recruitment (NON RO) - Sourcing and screening candidates by using job portals, databases, social media, job applications , employee referral etc Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges/Social Networking sites etc Arranging departmental and management interviews by coordinating schedules Perform reference checks as need Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms Prepare concerned departments ready for the new employee i.e. IT, Admin etc Have the new employee’s workstation ready to go Completion of new joinee on-boarding process Coordination with training department for Induction & Orientation of new employee Welcome email to be sent to new joinee Operations (NON RO)- Creation of NON RO employee code in HRMS Maintaining & preserving employment related all documents of NON ROs in HRDM software Coordination with bank authorities for salary account opening of new employees Collation of employee and his family details to proceed with compliance formalities.E.g. ESIC, mediclaim, PF etc. Keeping a track of employees confirmation and timely follow up with concerned departments Issuance of NON RO offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter,etc. Managing interns in co-ordance with respective departments. Also, issuing internship completion letters to them. Coordination with Nexus authorities for attendance of the employees on rolls of them Updation of vendor invoices/bills in accounts expense module Handling verifications of ex-employees Database (NON RO)- Maintenance of Recruitment Tracker Updation of employee ADD-DEL list Timely updation of Confirmation Tracker Maintaining candidates resumes for future reference Key Result Areas Recruitment- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process Operations- Timely creation of employee codes and issuance of employment related letters. Compliance- Coordination with compliance vendor for employee ESIC details and same needs to be provided to the employees Database Management- Timely maintenance of all database with all clarity related to recruitments
