Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Overseeing recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
3. Managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and conducting disciplinary actions when necessary.
4. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
5. Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
6. Providing support and guidance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
7. Assisting with performance management and employee development programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of human resources experience.
- 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- Strong recruiting skills and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and good judgment.
