Full job description
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
Plan and execute onboarding programmes to ensure the smooth integration of new employees into the organisation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, and data within the HRMS/HRIS.
Process monthly payroll through the HRMS, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Oversee day-to-day HR and administrative operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
Identify employee training and development needs and recommend appropriate learning initiatives.
Coordinate and facilitate the annual performance appraisal process, ensuring timely completion and documentation.
Work with senior management to address employee relations matters and resolve workplace issues in a fair and practical manner.
Investigate employee grievances and disciplinary matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and country-specific employment regulations.
Analyse HR-related issues, identify solutions, and support informed decision-making.
Develop, review, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Plan and organise employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, company events, celebrations, and employee recognition programmes.
Prepare HR reports, maintain HR metrics, and support management with workforce-related insights.
Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to support HR operations and reporting.
