Conducting pre joining calls to the expected joinees Coordination for pre joining formalities like accommodation, IT assets etc. Coordination for induction & onboarding Updating various employee data files Employee Documentation - document check, employee docs filing, follow up for pending documents Liaise with the internal HR team for bank account opening, IT assets, etc. Ensure smooth and hassle - free onboarding experience for new joinees Sending birthday & work anniversary cards to employees Coordination for employee engagement activities Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time Desired Skills: Good Communication Skills Good interpersonal Skills Go getter attitude Excel proficiency preferred The candidate must be willing to work from office
