Maintain partnership with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Hire agents from the market.
Maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
to ensure agent staffing goals are achieved.
Communicate employer information and benefits during the
screening process of agents.
Develop recruitment-related documents.
Review applications and interview process.
FLEXIBLE HOURS OF WORKING
Stipend : RS. 3000 - 8000 /- ( Performance-Based )
Note - Stipend Will Be Provided Only If The TARGETS Are Achieved
