Job Description
· Design and update job descriptions
· Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. Naukri, Indeed, social media etc)
· Screen incoming resumes and application forms
· Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
· Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
· Keep track of employee performance
· Manage organizational and company culture
· Oversee and manage benefits and compensation
· Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations
· Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts
· Monitor Daily activities in office. Inform any discrepancy, indecent behavior of staff to higher authorities in writing or mail.
· Make arrangement for functions like Pre Dussera Pooja, Diwali Pooja at office.
· Keep track of Leaves of employees and sanction leaves according to workflow
· Complete reliving formalities of outgoing staff, Issue experience certificate, relieving letters
· Maintain employee file with relevant details l

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
