Roles and Responsibilities Complete employee cycle management Such as Appointments, Confirmations, Promotions, Training and development, Exit formalities, Grievances and Operational issues Adherence to implementation of rules and regulations of regulatory authority Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries Coordinating for interviews with the different heads of departments Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion Conducting background checks to ensure that candidates are fit for appointment Serve as a liaison with employment agencies and industry associations HR Audits HR Compliances Performance Reviews Maintenance of HR records and HR operations
