Urgent requirement for HR Executive at VASHI - NAVI MUMBAI
Experience: 5 years an above
Notice Period: Immediate joiner will preferred
REPORTING TO: CFO
Working Day: 6 Days working
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interview scheduling and conducting HR interview.
Completing Onboarding procedures.
Attendance management, Leave management and payroll activities.
Experienced in all employers related works of PF, ESIC, MLWF and PT.
Calculation of statutory amounts on Salary.
Generating Statutory Challans for payments.
Processing Off boarding formalities & Full and Final settlement.
Accounting of all salary and related transactions.
Preparation and maintenance of all HR Records.
Preparation of HR reports for various purposes, ie, promotion, increment, transfer, termination etc.
Preparing all HR related letters, mails and notices like offer letters, Appointment Letters, Promotion Letters, Warning letters, Termination Letters, show cause notices etc.
Passing of all receipts & payment entries.
COMPETENCIES:
5 years of relevant work experience in Generalist.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Good Interpersonal relations skills.
Problem-solving and Analytical skills.
Good expertise on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
Added advantage if worked on any HRIS System.
