Maintain daily MIS file of EPF, ESIC and PT & LWF related activities. Checking of salary calculation on monthly basis and also deduction of EPF (Employee Provident Fund), ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation) challan, PT (Professional Tax) and LWF (Labour Welfare Fund). Ensure all records are properly documented using efficient and effective records-keeping technique. Preparing EPF & ESIC challans on monthly basis. Perform monthly payroll administration including statutory provident fund. Provide annual income statements of employees on timely basis. Liaise with client company HR team on new hire, termination, transfer and other payroll changes. Payroll coordinates with HR team for salary processing. Statutory companies handling EPF, ESI issues. Handling PF nomination, PF withdrawal and PF transfer coordinating the issues with the PF consultant guiding employees filling the claims. Ensure all records are properly documented using efficient and effective records-keeping technique. Coordinate and prepare wage proposal and get approval from the directors and manager of HR teams. Verifying auditing and clearing of monthly client bills and coordinate with finance department.
