Responsible for the end to end Recruitment process (for both our Indian and Foreign companies, from Indian as well as foreign sources).
Sourcing candidates through various portals (Naukri/Indeed/LinkedIn/Head hunting)
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Manage initial screening process.
Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
Conducting Online assessment test.
Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics.
Completing the selected candidates enrolment process, completing all formalities regarding their joining.
