JOB DETAILS
Responsible for end-to-end HR Operations work.
Maintain employee database and generate reports from time to time.
Support in processing monthly payroll and final settlements
Ensuring adherence to HR polices and helping in resolving employee grievances
Prepare various letters to be issued to the employees.
Manage new hire induction and probation, in coordination with business, HR Managers and TAG stakeholders
Attendance tracking of all the employees along with the leave management
