Navi Mumbai Office Timing :
10 am to 8 or max 8:30 pm IST (Female) 11am to 9 pm /12 pm to 10pm(Male):Daylight savings time (2nd and 4th Sat off)
No Indian Holidays
Belgium Holidays
22 Leaves ( 14 PL and 8 CL/SL )_Pro rata basis: No Leaves in Probation Period
Location: Mahape(Navi Mumbai)
Role & responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for End to End Recruitment starting from screening, coordination of interviews, and releasing the Offer letters
Taking care of On-boarding activities, Documentation, and Filing
Responsible for Leave coordination.
Resposible for Balance Score Card and PMS
Should maintain Recruitment trackers for all the open positions
Should be smart to tackle the situation.
Requires good knowledge of MS-office
Must be, a Go-getter attitude, able to handle pressure under any situation.
