Job Description
Manage End to End processes
Define TAT & Quality parameters for various HR Ops processes
Ensure process performance is in line with pre-defined TAT and Quality parameters
Plan and deliver periodic improvements in TAT & Quality performance benchmarks
Data Quality & Accuracy
Monitor critical employee data points on regular basis and ensure employee data is updated regularly and accurately
Provide data required by other stakeholders as per agreed timelines and parameters.
Develop & maintain reporting matrix for process performance
Create and publish communication tools (reports/ Dashboards/emails) to keep stakeholders updated on various HR Ops process performance for their respective businesses / locations
Provide required information to other teams as per pre-agreed timelines for their processes
HRMS Improvement
Work with HRIT team to identify and implement additional modules / enhance existing processes
Automate letter generation and distribution across employee life cycle
Process Improvement
Identify improvement areas in the process from employee experience and internal control view point and prepare implementation plan
Develop commons processes for various HR activities across organization (eg how to manage absconding cases' exit process)
Audit requirements
Provide required information for internal and statutory audits
Address issues identified during the audits as per agreed timelines
Statutory Requirements
Ensure HR Operation process adhere to relevant statutory requirements (eg granting leave as per The Maternity Benefits Act, providing leave as per S&E act etc)
Ensure documents required as per various labour laws for are maintained
QUALIFICATION:
Graduate / Post graduate degree / Post graduate diploma
EXPERIENCE:
3-7 years of work experience
Relevant experience in managing HR Operations processes
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Knowledge of Wage Code, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Leave Encashment and taxation rules
Experience of working with any HRMS tool (eg Oracle Fusion, SuccessFactors, DarwinBox etc)
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to collate required information for timely completion of processes
Ability to address employee queries across employee life cycle
