Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (60%)
Partner with hiring managers to drive manpower planning, determining the staffing needs and closure of the open positions through an effective and efficient process management. Proactively look for great talent even for positions that are not open. Use references and networks to source the best candidates.
Understand the Business; develop & maintain active job descriptions for the organization. Ensure all JDs are up-to-date and relevant. Be well versed with different Job profiles which are applicable in the organization and relate to the overall business model and process
Contribute to, evolve and follow the defined recruitment processes and the WHO method of hiring in true spirit.
Drive the lateral as well as the campus hiring for the organization.
Source and screen resumes from various sources including various job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn. Manage the various portals, subscriptions and leverage their features for the organizational benefit. Manage recruitment partner relations to hire critical talent. Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process. Serve as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
Driving the interview process through the WHO method of Hiring while ensuring a strong candidate experience and relationship building towards hiring. Making recommendations to hiring managers
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers, following up on the status, driving next actions for further meetings for effective closure of open positions for business impact.
Driving the closure of the position through reference and background checks, fitment and offer proposals, total rewards offer to the selected candidate along with ensuring all the detailed process is followed.
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Ensure and conduct end to end onboarding process and documentation. Orientation and induction, acquainted with the Companies Policies & Procedures, Designation Benefits etc.
Drive the recruitment KPIs, present the analytics, data and information for decision making and business impact. Complete timely reports on employment activity.
Engagement Initiatives
Develop and deploy the engagement initiatives for the organization including programs for
fun@work, knowledge@work, health@work, surveys etc.
Ensuring the Program and event management to get a good impact for all employees as well
as organization
Conducting regular surveys as per the organizational plans and driving the action plans.
Keeping people engaged and connected to the Org through a hybrid working model when
many are working remotely.
Statutory compliances
To take care of compliances for the new employees as per the checklist incl PF registration, ESIC registration, E - nomination and KYC if any.
Complete Biannual statutory Compliance Audit by May & October every year
Close 100% NC within 10 days of the Compliance Audit and adhere to the yearly Statute Compliance calendar.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Candidate Profile
Knowledge (Functional and Non-Technical):
2-3 years of experience in Recruitment, Onboarding at lower and Senior levels of the Management. Track record of closing a position within 1 months from the date of requisition using references, contacts, social media and job portals.
1+ years of experience in working on engineering solutions or technologies
Experience with using HRMIS software(s)
1-2 years experience in driving employee engagement programs
Experience in handling employee exits well and creating brand ambassadors for the Organization
Skills (Functional and Non-Technical):
Fluent in English. Can write a 4 page grammatically correct report independently.
Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas, make presentations in English
Behaviors (Technical and Non-Technical):
Should genuinely care about people and want to connect to them and help them achieve their goals and realize their potential.
High amount of Service-oriented towards people, their challenges
Should be organised, process oriented with strong follow up skills
Driven to build relationships with Managers to understand needs of the business.
