Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment (70%)
Complete ownership of the end-to-end recruitment domain related to
Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through different sources job portals,
referrals, social media etc
Screening and shortlisting candidates through telephonic or virtual interviews
Coordinating and scheduling interview appointments with stakeholders based on the
guidance given by the senior team members
Maintaining and updating the recruitment tracker regularly
Providing timely updates on the developments to the Sr HR team / stakeholders
HR Operational Activities (30%)
Assist the Sr HR team in the operations activities related to Employee Lifecycle
Management coordinating the documentation, reference checks, and other areas as specified by the team
Assist the Sr HR team in HR related engagement activities to ensure the required
support is provided to the team to smoothly and effectively execute the planned
engagements
Maintain and update employee filing and related database
Support in the execution of HR improvement projects and initiatives and ensure they are delivered in the given timelines
Desired Candidate Profile
Functional
Min 2 yrs of Experience in recruitment domain for Non-IT position. (M)
Candidates with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) (M)
Should have a positive attitude (M)
Good interpersonal skills, and result oriented. (M)
Computer skills Google Suite and any CRM (N)
Coordination with external agencies, industry associations, vendor development & management (N)
Soft skills
Communication - confidence to interact with internal and external stakeholders using smart, professional language.(M)
Teamwork - collaboration with cross functional teams (M)
