Communicating with HOD to understand their hiring needs and identifying suitable candidates
Posting job requirements on various job boards and social media networks.
Maintaining and updating a database of qualified candidates
Shortlisting and interviewing candidates.
Preparing an offer letter and sending it to the appropriate candidate.
Doing onboarding process.
Organizing orientation/induction programs for new employees.
Handling documentation and other related documents from the new hire.
Performing background checks.
Updating and maintaining employee's files
Answering employees’ queries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree
Proven work experience as a HR Executive or a similar role in the Human Resources department of 2-3 years.
Familiarity with various recruiting portals and software.
Proficient in MS Office Tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
Having an eye for detail.
