Designation: HR Operations Executive
Job Location: Rabale
Qualification: B.Com / B.M.S
What would you do?
Maintain and update employee data and complete documentation
Follow SOPs defined to ensure smooth departmental operations
Organize, maintain and update employee HR records and information such as personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
Handle accurate payroll process for employees and labor.e. payroll administration, taxes, time and attendance, reports, etc.
Responsible for administering compensation, benefits and performance management system and appraisal processes for all employees.
Supervise admin related activities including housekeeping, maintenance, etc as required.
Undertake HR/admin related activities as per requirements.
