Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment1. Job Posting in Naukri, LinkedIn etc. after approved MRF & JD and co-ordination for job posting in Markolines website.
2. Screening of Resumes (Experience, CTC, Qualification, Skills, Location, Industry etc)
3. Expediting Functional Interviews (For Senior Position with HODs, Directors & MD).
4. Offer letter Issue with Salary Structure as per company norms.
5. Manage orientation process of new hires & arrange necessary manuals & tools.
6. Joining Formalities, Induction( As per HR & Admin Checklist), Introduction.
7. Company Policy explanation, Acknowledgement, Audits across Sites & HO (All Employees).
8. Recruitment Cost reduction ( Job Portal Expenses, Reduce Dependency on Consultants /Hiring).
HRMS
1. HRMS Employee Master updating, Attendance Master, CTC Structure Master.
2. Issue Letters through HRMS (Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Transfer Letter, Promotion Letter, Increment Letter, Warning Letter, Termination Letter, Relieving Letter, Experience Letter Etc).
3. Ensure Attendance Muster updating , Leave approvals
4. Data updating for ESS implementation.
5. Lead as HRMS Administrator , Coordinating with Vendor towards Implementing New technologies.
Training & Development1.Create Training Modules (ppt, video)as per Training List
2. Create an annual training Calendar for all the departments & Internally Identify Subject Matter Experts.
3.Ensure adherence and attendance for training should be 100%.
4.Carry on tests post Training through feedback form and attendance form.
5.Create a plan & Train accordingly for 8 hours of training for each employee
6. Create a training assessment form for training understanding the training requirements of different departments.
Employee Engagement
1. Planning the event budget for the year
2. Plan activities for the events as per the event calendar
Desired Candidate Profile: 5-7 years in Recruitments
Candidates staying in or around Navi Mumbai preferred.
