JOB DETAILS              
Roles and Responsibilities Training & Development: 1. Create Training Modules (ppt, video)as per the Training List 2. Create an annual training calendar for all the departments & Internally Identify Subject Matter Experts. 3. Ensure adherence and attendance for training should be 100%. 4. Carry on Exams post Training through feedback form and attendance form. 5. Create a plan & Train accordingly for 8 hours of training for each employee (5 hrs. Technical & 3 hrs. Non-Technical). 6. Create a training assessment form for training and understanding the training requirements of different departments. HR Audit & Operations: 1. Check and adhere to the audit checklist. 2. Make sure the statutory compliance is followed/executed and adhered to. Have weekly audits for making sure the processes and policies are being executed and followed without any loopholes. Handling employee helpdesk and grievances. Preparing MIS reports and data. Employee Engagement: 1. Prepare a yearly events calendar. 2. Strategize for weekly/quarterly events. 3. Propose career progression/planning of the employees. Recruitment: 1. Sourcing candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards, head-hunting, and networking. 2. Manages the orientation process of new hires and arranges necessary manuals and tools. 3. Release HRMS Offer letter within 10 days from the opened position Desired Candidate Profile 2-3 years of experience in HR.
