Job description
ROLE: The role owner shall work closely with HR Leadership and employees "on the front line," providing hands-on and strategic input, insight: talent management, employee relations, conflict & grievance management, and organizational development.
TALENT MANAGEMENT
Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, and organizational development.
Lead HR townhall Pan India Provide information and/or education for all levels of a company on HR issues, Org. Policies, Team Management.
Assist in continuous development and implementation of human resource policies
Gather meaningful data to recommend HR solutions aligned to business objectives and strategy.
Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Liaise with line managers & team members to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted turnover
Develop structured approach towards Stay interviews and Exit interviews and design action plan/ initiatives to ensure retention and growth of high potential employees
Assist in building a work environment conducive to change management and cultural transformation
Implementation of Rewards & Recognition interventions to increase employee engagement
Maintaining relevant Records & MIS reports
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Good experience of handling People matters
High degree of knowledge on HRMIS / online applications. Hands on experience in HRMS implementation will be an added advantage
Good communication skills including the ability to liaise across all levels in the organization
Strong presentation skills
Team player, Good time-management skills
Adaptable and able to manage change
Excellent MS Office skills will be an advantage
Open to frequent travel
Experience:
Overall 7 to 10 years in a similar role
Candidates with prior experience in NGOs would be preferred.
