Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience to independently handle end-to-end Recruitment and HR Operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing top talent and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functions aligned with company goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment
Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-caliber candidates
Maintain candidate database and generate recruitment reports
HR Operations
Handle employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, documentation, confirmations, exits
Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance
Address employee queries and grievances professionally and confidentially
Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and performance management systems
Maintain accurate HR records and generate periodic MIS reports
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar dual-function role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in HR software/tools and MS Office suite
Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and integrity
