Designation: HR Executive
Roles and responsibilities: -
This position is responsible for 70% Recruitment and 30% HR operation roles
Recruitment
Should be responsible for all level of hiring through different job portals, Campus Hiring and References.
Work Closely with Management and Hiring manager to understand the requirements
Handle entire recruitment life cycle
Close the position in given timeline
Maintain daily candidates tracking MIS
HR Operation: -
To work closely with management and Hiring manager to provide HR solutions
Responsible for Joining Formalities, Induction and training program
Ensure smooth exit of employees and complete FNF settlement
Assist management in performance management system
Ensure smooth adherence of Hr policy
Employee engagement activities and internal communication
Grievance Handling
Leave and attendance management
Other HR admin Work
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in HR
* Excellent Communication Skills
* 6 Days working in a week
Head Office – Andheri East Marol Metro Station
