Creating job descriptions in coordination with department heads, Mass mailing, Job posting etc.,
Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
Handling day to day HR operation activities
Joining, on-boarding and induction
Implementation of the policies
Assisting in performance management process
Extending support for employee engagement activities
Handling employee relations, assisting with employees queries as and when required
