Job Description :--
1. Assisting in preparing Attendance for payroll processing.
2. Preparing PF, ESIC - MIS and sending the same to PF Consultant.
3. Preparing list of new joinees and resignees every month.
4. Preparing monthly templates for sales performance and sharing the same with respective HOD's.
5. Entering new joinee and left staff details in Payroll software and HRMS Software.
6. Preparing appointment letters of staff.
7. Completing new joinees joining formalities and conducting Induction for new joinees.
