JOB DETAILS
Recruitment.
· Coordinate complete employee life cycle right from on-boarding to off-boarding.
· HRBP Planning, Organograms, job description, KRA & KPI to be formulates.
· All on-boarding documents, MIS etc to be recorded
Training & Development
· Devising an annual Training Calendar, Post training need analysis
· Analyzing LMS – Kautilya along with classroom & OJT on a regular basis
· To look out career growth development needs of members
· Implement OD Intervention at frequent levels
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
· Resolution of Employee queries in a time bound manner
· Coordinate PMS, Statutory & Legal Compliance.
· Managing Payroll related legal & statutory Compliance (Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF & Minimum wages)
· Responsible for various MIS reports like (Payroll MIS, Head count, attrition, wage cost etc.)
· Monitor systems and methods, recommending and implementing necessary changes
· Ensuring F&F settlement of workers is done and payment is released
Admin
· Vendor Negotiations.
· Vendor Management in terms of all compliance, salary & statutory liabilities like forms & certification
· Establishing standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors.
· Facility management infrastructure management, cleanliness & cost reduction & control.
· Safety, Hygiene, security of be scheduled.
· Event and engagement activities
· Other administrative tasks as necessary
· Bill verification of contract labour and other category
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
