Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Executive with 3–4 years of experience to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, payroll coordination, and performance management while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (MBA preferred).
3–4 years of HR experience.
Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS.
