JOB DETAILS
Will be responsible for end to end Pan India recruitment process. Sourcing candidates, screening, conducting interviews, reference checks, salary negotiations and onboarding.
Should be able to manage multiple positions/requirements simultaneously
Will be responsible for conducting induction program for new joiners
Will be responsible for Preparing Recruitment related reports.
Will be responsible for maintaining proper records of employees on HRIS.
