Full job description
Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Handle performance management processes, including evaluations and goal setting.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in training and development initiatives.
Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Sound knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
3-4 years experience is must
