Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct interviews and filter candidates Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers of the companies.
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
