Full job description Job Title: HR Executive Location: Kamothe Company: Hmt & Holidays pvt ltd Job Description: We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for human resources and a strong understanding of HR functions. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities: · Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates. · Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. · Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. · Manage the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees. · Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. · Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with organizational objectives. · Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations. · Utilize HRIS to maintain employee records, track attendance, manage payroll, and generate reports for management. · Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and handle legal matters related to employment issues. · Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement through various initiatives. · Handle the exit process for employees leaving the organization, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring smooth transitions. · Contribute to the development of HR strategies and long-term workforce planning to support organizational goals and objectives. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. · years of experience in a similar HR role. · Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
