Candidates who would like to build a career in HR (Healthcare Domain) Doing End to End Recruitment for open positions. This is in-house recruitment only.
Preparing offer letters for new joinees.
Sourcing candidates from various Job portals based on the company requirements.
Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates. Assess knowledge, Communication skills, aptitude, and experience of the applicant.
Co-ordination for arranging interviews.
Managing Selection to Joining Process
Excellent communication skills required - oral and written.
Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates.
Maintain candidate database.
Maintaining employee records and information.
Experience : At least 2-5 years experience in Human Resource management.
Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline from a reputed college or university. MBA/MMS - HR
