Mission (Why does this role exist?) and Scope (About the Job) To provide support, assistance and consultation to the broader HR team in building, documenting and optimizing HR business processes utilizing knowledge of HR processes, policies and leading practices. Key Responsibilities and Outcomes (What the Person needs to accomplish in the role?) Talent Acquisition: o Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. o Review resumes, screen applicants, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit. o Manage and update job postings on the company's careers page and external job portals. Interview Coordination: o Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams. o Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the interview process. o Provide feedback to candidates and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers. Candidate Assessment & Offer Management: o Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed. o Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. o Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions. o Extend offers of employment to selected candidates. o Negotiate salary and benefits packages when necessary. o Ensure timely submission of required documents and information from candidates. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: o Maintain recruitment data and metrics to track the effectiveness of the recruitment process. o Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities for HR leadership. Administration: o Onboarding of vendors with competent negotiations o Preparing end-to-end travel arrangements for managers as per requirement. o Maintaining office operations and supplies such as stationery, and housekeeping, beverages. o Keeping records of vendor’s invoices and data management as per office compliances. Employee Engagement: o Engaging employees to be enthusiastic about their work, motivated to contribute their best efforts, and feel a sense of purpose in their roles. o Organize team-building events and activities to foster collaboration and strengthen relationships among employees. Employee Relations: o Provide multiple channels for employees to report grievances, including anonymous options if possible. o Assure employees that their concerns will be treated confidentially and that they will not face retaliation for reporting grievances. Minimum Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven 3+ years’ experience in the Human Resource Domain. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Language Proficiency in English, local area language Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s talent management system Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: ₹330,000.00 - ₹430,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift
