This position involves handling various HR processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the agency. HR Process Management: Oversee end-to-end HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee data maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of HR operations. Continuously review and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics such as attrition rates, attendance, and performance evaluations. Provide data-driven recommendations to the management for informed decision making. Compliance and Policies: Stay updated with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance in HR operations. Assist in the development and communication of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines. Address employee queries related to HR policies and practices. Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters. Contribute to the continuous improvement of performance evaluation systems. HRIS Management: Manage the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records. Train team members on HRIS usage and troubleshoot issues as needed. Generate customized HR reports and dashboards from the HRIS for analysis. Job Type: Full-time
