The HR Executive will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the human resources
operations at Ethinos. This position involves handling various HR processes, ensuring
compliance with regulations, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the agency.
HR Process Management:
Oversee end-to-end HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding,
attendance tracking, leave management, and employee data maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of HR operations.
Continuously review and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics such as attrition rates, attendance, and

Compliance and Policies:
Stay updated with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure
compliance in HR operations.
Assist in the development and communication of HR policies, procedures, and

Train team members on HRIS usage and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Generate customized HR reports and dashboards from the HRIS for analysis.
