Job Description:
We are looking for a few ambitious, passionate HR professionals, who completed their graduation/post graduation in the last 5 years, with specialization in Human Resource management; to join us for the organization's rapid growth.The ideal candidate should possess experience in end to end Recruitment, and good knowledge of Human Resource management.
Responsibilities:
Primarily develop recruitment strategy and execute them for this profile https://www.ecohub.org.in/v
Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards/portals/sites, social media, professional networking sites & referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.
Conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.
Conduct reference check and Background Verification.
Issue offer to the candidate through the system.
Onboarding and induction of new hires.
Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
Provide training to employees to enhance their skills, knowledge & performance.
Keep an eye on the online indicators and provide feedback to employees to help them improve their performance.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment & Hr.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or higher degree in Human Resources or related field
One+ year of experience as an HR Recruiter
Proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top sales/marketing/ business development talent
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, must be a self starter
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite & other Hr related tools.
Salary
Your hiring and onboarding target is a minimum of three recruits per month.
If you have successfully recruited and onboarded 3 Marketing MBA/BBA/ PGDM candidates per month, you will get a package of Rs 25 000/month.
