Job Description:
We are looking for a few ambitious, passionate HR professionals, who completed their graduation/post graduation in the last 5 years, with specialization in Human Resource management; to join us for the organization's rapid growth via recruiting Business Development Executive in every district to develop our nationwide marketing network.
The ideal candidate should possess experience in end to end Recruitment, and good knowledge of Human Resource management.
Responsibilities:
Primarily develop recruitment strategy and execute them for this
Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards/portals/sites, social media, professional networking sites & referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates
Conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience
Conduct reference check and Background Verification
Issue offer to the candidate through the system
Onboarding and induction of new hires through the system
Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
Provide training to employees to enhance their skills, knowledge & performance through the system.
Keep an eye on the online indicators and provide feedback to employees to help them improve their performance through the system.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment & Hr.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or higher degree in Human Resources or related field from regular classes; not by any sort of correspondence/online course.
One+ year of experience as an HR Recruiter
Demonstrated experience in recruiting talent for marketing roles, with a history of successful placements exceeding 60 candidates
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, must be a self starter
Proficiency in G Suite & other Hr related tools.
Salary
CTC Range : 3 to 18 LPA; depending upon the performance in the probation period of first two month of joining.
In probation period of two month: total package of Rs. 25 000/month
Stipend for a probation period of two months: 15 thousand per (26 working days) month, this includes Minimum wages + Provident Fund.
